Flask Inspection
Visual Inspection of the flask is processed in order to avoid any further waste of time by producing bad shape product.
Molten Metal Inspection
This step is to secure that chemical composition of the product match the customer specification.
Raw Casting Inspection
After shot blasting and grinding, a Visual Inspection is done to make sure that the product shape is conform.
Then Magnetic Particle Test, Ultrasonic Test, Hardness Test and Radiographic Test are also processed in order to secure that your product is free of surface and internal soundness discontinuities.
Dimension Control
On the raw casting or after machining (if needed) a dimension control following AQL standard (unless otherwise specified by customers) is done on the product.
Surface Treatment Control
Whether you need rust proof oil, VCI bag or high quality painting, a control is made in order to secure that the product surface is conform to customers requirements.
Packing Control
In order to optimized container loading and unloading as well as to avoid any damage on the product we control the packing of your goods and the pallet dimensions before shipment.
